I have extensive experience handling all legal matters related to property ownership. My work spans everything from dispute resolution and large-scale cases before the Rent and Tenancy Tribunal and general courts to drafting various contracts, negotiating, and providing advice on smaller issues.
My specialisation is in tenancy law (both residential and commercial) and tenant-ownership law, but I am truly passionate about addressing the wide range of legal challenges that property owners face.
With an educational background that includes not only a law degree but also a bachelor's and master's degree in business law, I am not only a problem solver but also proactive, with a strong interest in how to use the law to enhance my clients' business success.
I frequently lead training sessions on tenancy and tenant-ownership law.
